The BT Paralympic World Cup (BT PWC) will return to Manchester from 23 to 28 May. The biggest annual multi-sport competition for elite athletes with a disability, the BT PWC will this year showcase swimming, wheelchair basketball and athletics, as well as two international matches: boccia and sitting volleyball.
Six world champions, including discus world record holder Dan Greaves, are included in a 26-strong Great Britain and Northern Ireland team. Greaves is joined by sprint trio Libby Clegg, targeting her third successive 100m title, Katrina Hart and Richard Whitehead, plus multiple World Cup medallist Paul Blake.
Seventeen-year-old Ola Abidogun, the world junior 100m and 200m champion, will be making his debut at the games in his hometown of Manchester.
