The National Autistic Society (NAS) has teamed up with BIC Kids UK to provide free resources for parents and teachers which highlight the importance of helping all children understand about autism.

The pen company is supporting the NAS Education Support Service’s work to help three to nineteen-year-olds with autism in mainstream schools and provide tailored practical advice to teachers. The initiative will build on the findings of the 2006 NAS report, Make School Make Sense, which revealed that over 70 per cent of schools were dissatisfied with the training their teachers had received in autism.
