Universities failing disabled students

Disabled students are being forced to live at home rather than with their fellow students because of inadequate facilities at universities, says a new report by the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. The University Challenge report claims that one in four UK universities don’t have rooms for hired carers and only just over half of all UK teaching rooms, study rooms and libraries are fully accessible to students with a disability.
