Sex texts plague teenagers

More than a third of eleven to eighteen-year-olds in the UK have received an offensive or distressing sexual image via text or email in a practice known as “sexting”, says a report issued this week by charity Beatbullying. A statement from the charity stated that “sexualized peer to peer anti-social behaviour is escalating at an alarming rate with developments in digital technology.” More
